About Naomi
Qualified Naturopath and Women’s Health Coach
Hello, I'm Naomi
Qualified Naturopath & Women’s Health Coach
I want women to have what I wish I’d had when I was younger.
My connection to PMOS isn’t just professional. It’s personal.
When I was younger, I experienced PMOS (formerly PCOS). myself. I was told to go on the pill, stop eating sugar and fruit, and sent on my way.
What I wasn’t given was an understanding of what was actually happening in my body- why I was experiencing the symptoms I was experiencing, what may have been contributing to them, or what I could do to support my health.
It took me years to find those answers, largely on my own.
And that experience has shaped the way I look at women’s health today.
For nearly 20 years I’ve worked in the health industry and, as a qualified Naturopath and Health Coach, I believe one of the most powerful things we can give women is a better understanding of their own bodies.
Because I still see women feeling just as lost and confused.
They’ve been given a diagnosis, but they don’t really understand what it means for their body.
They’re reading different articles, trying different diets, taking different supplements and following advice that may have worked brilliantly for someone else- but doesn’t seem to work for them.
And often they’re left wondering:
What am I actually supposed to be focusing on?
I don’t believe women need more random things to try.
They need to understand what may be influencing their symptoms, why those factors matter and how the different pieces can fit together.
When you start to understand that bigger picture, you can ask better questions, make more informed decisions and take a more active role in your own health.
Continuing the Overcome PMOS Naturally story
That philosophy is also what drew me to Overcome PMOS Naturally.
The program was originally created by Evelin after nearly 30 years working in women’s health & a clinical nutritionist, supporting women with PMOS and fertility challenges.
Through years of clinical work, she supported thousands of women who were struggling with many of the same challenges- feeling confused about their symptoms, unsure about the advice they were receiving, and uncertain about what to do next.
Women who had been told to “just lose weight”, women who were confused by conflicting advice, and women who wanted to understand what was actually going on in their bodies.
She took what she had learned from those years of working directly with women and turned it into a clear, structured, step-by-step approach.
Today, I’m proud to carry that work forward.
I bring my own naturopathic training, nearly 20 years in the health industry and something that is deeply important to me- the perspective of having experienced PMOS myself.
My focus is simple.
I want you to have the knowledge and confidence I wish I’d had when I was younger.
To understand your body. To ask questions. To make informed choices about your health. And to feel that you have a clearer path forward.
Because I don’t want women simply learning to live with feeling less than their best.
I want them to understand their health and feel empowered to advocate for it.
